Unsupported Sophos products
The data regions Australia, Brazil, Canada, India, and Japan don't support some of your licensed Sophos products, such as Sophos Mobile and Sophos Wireless: APX access points.
If you created a Sophos Central account in one of those data regions and already have a license for one of the unsupported products, contact your Sophos Sales Partner to cancel your license so they can generate a new license key for your new Sophos Central account.
You can also create a new Sophos Central account under the US or EU. These data regions support all Sophos products.
