Workspace Protection licenses

Sophos Workspace Protection extends your existing Sophos protections to secure apps, data, workers, and guests, and gives you a simple, affordable way to protect your users wherever they are.

The Sophos Workspace Protection license includes the following products:

  • Sophos Protected Browser
  • Sophos ZTNA
  • Sophos DNS Protection for endpoints
  • Sophos Email Monitoring System

Licenses

Workspace Protection is available as a standalone term license or through MSP Flex. You can also choose the combined bundle that includes Sophos Endpoint for simpler quoting and ordering.

Standalone Workspace Protection license

This license includes the following products:

  • Sophos Protected Browser: Licensed based on the number of unique authenticated users over 30 days.

  • Sophos DNS Protection for endpoints: Licensed based on the number of devices using DNS Protection.

    Warning

    This bundle doesn't include a Sophos Endpoint license. You must purchase that license separately.

    Sophos Firewall's Xstream Protection subscription only includes the standalone DNS Protection capabilities without Sophos Endpoint. See DNS Protection licenses.

    If you want to use DNS Protection for endpoints, you must purchase a Workspace Protection license.

    Both licenses include the DNS over HTTPS feature.

  • Sophos ZTNA: Licensed based on the number of unique authenticated users over 30 days.

  • Sophos Email Monitoring System: Licensed based on the number of mailboxes.

Sophos Endpoint Plus Workspace Protection

If you want to bundle Sophos Endpoint with your Workspace Protection license, buy a Sophos Endpoint Plus Workspace Protection license. It includes the following products:

  • Sophos Endpoint, which includes CryptoGuard anti-ransomware, anti-exploitation, adaptive defenses, and deep learning anti-malware capabilities.
  • Sophos Protected Browser
  • Sophos DNS Protection for endpoints
  • Sophos ZTNA
  • Sophos Email Monitoring System

Activate Workspace Protection licenses

To activate and manage your Workspace Protection licenses from Sophos Central, click your Profile icon Profile icon. and select Licensing.
