Renewals and license expiry
It's vital that valid and active licenses are in place for all Sophos products at all times. Failure to renew can result in loss of protection and functionality of your Sophos product. To ensure a smooth renewal and continued protection, please follow the steps in the section that applies to your situation below.

Your licenses are about to expire
Work with your partner or your assigned Sophos Renewals contact to ensure a new license is in place prior to expiry.

Your licenses have expired
If you new license isn't in place, you're no longer entitled to the Sophos products. You'll lose your protection. If you haven't already done so, contact your Sophos Sales representative or partner to begin the process of reinstating your license and protection.
