Add a domain list

Add a domain list to use in your DNS Protection policies.

You can add a maximum of 100 domain lists to DNS Protection.

To add a domain list, do as follows:

  1. Go to My Products > DNS Protection > Domains.
  2. Click Add domain list.
  3. Enter a name and description.
  4. In Domains, type in, or paste your domains.

Press Enter or Tab after you add each item, even if you're adding a single item. If copying and pasting, ensure the copied list has a line break between each item. Maximum domains: 1000.

DNS Protection matches all the sub-domains associated with the domains you specify. So, if you block this list in a policy, DNS Protection blocks all sub-domains associated with all domains in the list.

    Note

    To match sub-domains, use the format: example.com. Using www.example.com doesn't include sub-domains. For example, using example.com includes www.example.com, images.example.com, and more.images.example.com. However, using www.example.com doesn't include example.com, images.example.com, or more.images.example.com.

Click the Copy to clipboard icon Copy to clipboard icon. to copy these domains elsewhere.

  5. Click Save.
