User Training report

The report shows training enrollment and compliance status for your users.

Go to My Products > Phish Threat > Reports > Training to review your users' training status.

You can view a list of all users enrolled in training or a list of users who failed to complete training.

For each user you can see the number of courses they were enrolled in, the number of completed courses and the last time they were enrolled in a training course.

Limit report data to a specific time range

You can limit the report data to a specific date range.

To limit the report data, do as follows:

1. Click the date field.
2. Select a date range and click Apply.

Creating campaigns from a report

You can create a new campaign with all the users from your report pre-enrolled.

Click Create campaign with these users to start a new campaign.

Export

Click Export to CSV to export the current view as a comma separated file.
