System logs

You can collect the complete logging data from AP6 series access points and download it from Sophos Central.

You can see the following details for your access points:

  • Access Point Name: The name of the access point.
  • Serial Number: The serial number of the access point.
  • Model: The model of the access point.

  • Status: Indicates whether the access point is offline or online. You can collect system logs only when the access point status is green.

    Icon Status
    Green filled circle. Access point is online.
    Gray filled circle. Access point is offline.

  • Last generated at: The last time Sophos Central collected the system logs from that access point.

  • Collect logs: Click Collect logs to collect the system logs from the access point. Click Download logs to download a .GZ file that contains the system logs.
