Congratulations on choosing Sophos Managed Detection & Response (MDR) third-party integrations. These are designed to enhance your security visibility, streamline incident response, and leverage the full potential of your existing IT infrastructure.

As part of your Sophos MDR package, you have free access to two of our most popular integrations:

  • Microsoft integrations

    Enhance your security insights by integrating Sophos MDR with your Microsoft 365 environment to provide advanced threat detection capabilities.

  • Google Workspace integration

    Secure your Google Workspace ecosystem by integrating it with Sophos MDR to gain comprehensive visibility into threats across the Google services included within Google Workspace.

Setting up your free integrations

  1. Sign in to your Sophos Central account.
  2. Go to Threat Analysis Center > Integrations.
  3. Click the integration you wish to set up first. You can return to this step to configure additional integrations later.

  4. Follow the instructions to authorize and configure the integration between Sophos MDR and your chosen product.

  5. After following the setup instructions, ensure all settings are correctly configured to enable comprehensive monitoring and response activities.

Additional third-party integrations

Beyond Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, Sophos MDR supports a wide array of third-party integrations to further enhance your security capabilities. These integrations include cloud services, endpoint protection platforms, network security tools, and more. Depending on your specific security needs and existing IT ecosystem, you may find additional integrations valuable.

Exploring and purchasing additional integrations

  1. Review available integrations: Within the Integrations section of Sophos Central, browse the full list of supported third-party services.
  2. Evaluate your needs: Consider which integrations might benefit your organization based on your current infrastructure, security requirements, and potential threat landscape.
  3. Contact Sales for purchase: If you find an integration that meets your needs but is not included in your current package, please contact your Sophos sales representative. They will assist you with the purchase and setup process.
