Activate an existing account

Follow these instructions if you already have a Sophos Central account.

You receive an email from Sophos with the subject line Activate your Sophos Central account.

To activate your account, do as follows:

  1. In the Sophos email, click Create password.

  2. In Activate your account:
    1. Create your password.
    2. Select a Central Admin Portal location. Your data will be stored in this region.
      Note Your Sophos Partner might have selected this for you.
    3. Read and acknowledge the legal agreements.
    4. Click Activate Account.

    Activate account dialog. Choose password and data storage region.
  3. A message prompts you to set up an additional form of authentication. Click Next. A setup assistant guides you through the process.

When you've finished, Sophos Central opens.
