Manage Apple Business users

When you set up Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager) in Sophos Mobile, the Show user page includes an Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) section.

You can perform the following actions:

  • View the status of the Apple Business user account associated with the Sophos Mobile user:

    Registered: You invited the user to Apple Business, but they haven't activated their account.

    Associated: The user has activated their account and can install apps.

  • Send an Apple Business invitation email to the user.

  • View the apps the user has installed.
  • Deregister the user from Apple Business.
