Synchronize app licenses with Apple Business

If required, you can manually synchronize license information with Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager).

For performance reasons, Sophos Mobile keeps a local copy of license information for Apple Business apps. We recommend that you only synchronize with Apple Business if the information Sophos Mobile shows is incorrect.

To synchronize license information, do as follows:

  1. On the menu sidebar, click Setup > Apple setup, and then click the Apple VPP tab.
  2. Click Clear VPP cache.

Sophos Mobile discards its local license information and synchronizes with Apple Business.
