Reset Apple Business integration
You can reset integration with Apple Business (formerly Apple Business Manager), for example, because you uploaded the wrong service token to Sophos Mobile.
To reset Apple Business integration, do as follows:
- On the menu sidebar, click Setup > Apple setup, and then click the Apple DEP tab.
- Click Reset DEP.
Sophos Mobile deletes the following:
- The Apple Business service token
- All Apple Business devices
- All Apple Business profiles
To stop managing Apple Business devices with Sophos Mobile, sign in to Apple Business and delete the Sophos Mobile device management service. See Delete an external device management service in Apple Business.
