You can’t connect to a Chromebook.
Issue
You can’t send tasks or messages to a Chromebook or get log files.
Periodic and user-initiated synchronization still works. The device still sends Web Filtering events to Sophos Mobile.
Cause
For some tasks, Sophos Chrome Security must show a notification to the user. If the user turns off notifications, these tasks don’t work.
What to do
In the ChromeOS settings, make sure the Sophos Chrome Security extension is allowed to show notifications.
