Password services configuration (Android Enterprise work profile policy)
The Password services configuration lets you restrict the use of password managers. You can configure a list of apps that provide a password management service (password managers), and then either allow these apps and block all others, or block these apps and allow all others.
This configuration only affects password managers in the work profile.
| Setting | Description |

| Mode | Select Allow or Block. With Allow, users can only use password managers from the app group you select in App group. With Block, users can use all available password managers except those from your app group. |
| Allow system apps | If selected, users can also use the device manufacturer's default password managers. To block all other password managers, select Allow system apps without selecting an app group in App group. This setting is only available if Mode is Allow. |
| App group | Select an app group containing password managers. For information on creating app groups, see Create app group. |
