Roaming/Hotspot configuration (iOS device policy)

The Roaming/Hotspot configuration lets you turn voice roaming, data roaming, and Personal Hotspot on or off.

Setting Description
Turn on voice roaming

Turn on voice roaming.

When you turn off voice roaming, this also turns off data roaming.

This setting doesn’t prevent users from turning voice roaming on or off.

This setting is ignored if the mobile network operator doesn’t support voice roaming.
Turn on data roaming

Turn on data roaming.

When you turn on data roaming, this also turns on voice roaming.

This setting doesn’t prevent users from turning data roaming on or off.
Turn on Personal Hotspot

Turn on Personal Hotspot.

On supervised devices with iOS 12.2 or later, you can prevent users from changing Personal Hotspot settings with the Allow Personal Hotspot restriction. See Restrictions configuration (iOS device policy).
