Set up TeamViewer integration

To start TeamViewer sessions from within Sophos Mobile, you must create a TeamViewer application and link it to Sophos Mobile.

Requirements

To use TeamViewer with Sophos Mobile, you need the following:

  • A TeamViewer license
  • TeamViewer’s Mobile Device Management add-on license

To set up the TeamViewer integration, do as follows:

  1. In Sophos Mobile, go to Setup > Sophos setup > TeamViewer.
  2. Click TeamViewer configuration wizard.

    The assistant guides you through the setup process. The key steps are as follows:

    1. Create a TeamViewer account.
    2. Create an application in the TeamViewer Management Console and link it to Sophos Mobile.
  3. Install the TeamViewer software.

    • On the computer where you sign in to Sophos Central, open www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ in a web browser and install the TeamViewer full client for Windows.
    • On the devices you want to connect to, install the TeamViewer QuickSupport app from Google Play or from App Store.
