Start TeamViewer session

Requirement

You’ve set up the TeamViewer integration. See Set up TeamViewer integration.

You can start a TeamViewer session with an Android device, an iPhone, or an iPad from within Sophos Mobile.

Depending on your TeamViewer license, you can only start a limited number of sessions per hour.

To start a TeamViewer session, do as follows:

  1. In Sophos Mobile, go to Devices.
  2. Click the device you want to connect to.
  3. On the Show device page, click Actions > Start TeamViewer session.

    This starts a TeamViewer session on your computer and on the selected device.

  4. On the device, the user must allow access to join the remote session.

Tip

To start a follow-up session with the same device, the user must first close the TeamViewer client.
