Get Sophos Secure Email logs (iOS)

Tip If the Sophos Secure Email iOS app doesn’t start or you can’t send the log files from within the app for other reasons, you can get them via iTunes. See Get Sophos Secure Email logs via iTunes.

To get the log files of the Sophos Secure Email iOS app, do as follows:

  1. Open Sophos Secure Email on the device.
  2. Tap More in the app’s menu bar.

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Tap General > Send Logs to the Support Team.

Sophos Secure Email sends the log files to your support mail address. You configure this address under Support contact email in the Work email configuration of your Sophos container policy.
