Reset Apple DEP

Reset the Apple DEP information stored in Sophos Mobile to remove your Apple DEP token from Sophos Mobile, for example because you’ve uploaded the wrong token.

  1. On the menu sidebar, under SETTINGS, click Setup > Apple setup, and then click the Apple DEP tab.
  2. Click Reset DEP.

The Apple DEP token, all Apple DEP devices, and all Apple DEP profiles are deleted from Sophos Mobile.

To stop managing your Apple DEP devices with Sophos Mobile, go to the Apple DEP web portal and remove Sophos Mobile as MDM server.
