What happens in the initial synchronization

When the initial synchronization happens, you'll see changes in ConnectWise PSA and in Sophos Fusion.

When usage synchronization is turned on, it does as follows in ConnectWise:

  • Synchronizes ConnectWise Company and Agreement information with Sophos.
  • Creates an Agreement Addition and attaches each mapped ConnectWise product to that agreement if the corresponding Sophos product has some usage.

You can map your existing ConnectWise products to Sophos products or create a new ConnectWise product and map it with Sophos products. For more information, see Map and configure your products.

What you see in Sophos Fusion Partner

For customers that are synchronized, the page now displays synchronization status, their ConnectWise customer ID and agreement type.

We also show any synchronization errors. The error details also show solution advice.
