Report spam messages to Sophos

The Sophos Central administrator must turn on this feature for it to be available.

You can report an email to SophosLabs for analysis using the "Report spam messages to Sophos" feature.

To report a suspicious email, do as follows:

  1. Click Report in the smart banner of the email.

    A new page appears, allowing you to report the email as spam to SophosLabs.

  2. On the page, click Yes, report as Spam.

Reporting a suspicious email helps clean your inbox and improves our spam detection.
