Report spam messages to Sophos

The Sophos Central administrator must turn on this feature for it to be available.

You can block and report an email to SophosLabs for analysis using the "Report spam messages to Sophos" feature.

To report, do as follows:

  1. Click Block sender if you think the email is suspicious.

    A new window will pop up with two options.

  2. In the window, click Block this sender and report as Spam.

Reporting a suspicious email helps clean your inbox and improves our spam detection.
