Click your Profile icon to manage your Sophos Central account settings at any time.
You can see your account details, change your password, configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), change to a different language, or sign out.
My info
Click your Profile icon, and then click My info.
This tab shows your name and contact information.
Amend the information as required and click Save.
Language
To change the language of the Sophos Central Self Service Portal, click your Profile icon, and then click Language.
The Sophos Central Self Service Portal supports the following languages.
- English
- German
- French
- Japanese
- Italian
- Traditional Chinese
- Spanish
- Brazilian Portuguese
- Korean
Change password
To change the password, do as follows:
- Click your Profile icon, and then click Change password.
- Enter your Current password.

Create a New password, confirm it, and then click Reset Password.
You must use a password that meets the following rules:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one lowercase character.
- At least one uppercase character.
- At least one number or special character.
You're automatically signed in with the new password and returned to the Sophos Central Self Service Portal.
Note
The old password is no longer valid.
Sophos Central enforces a bad password policy. Your account will be temporarily locked after five attempts to sign in with an incorrect password. Initially, the lockout lasts one minute, incrementally extending to five hours if incorrect password attempts persist for the same administrator.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
To edit your multi-factor authentication (MFA) method, click your Profile icon, and then click MFA.
You'll be asked to enter a security code before proceeding. Depending on your authentication type, we'll send you the security code by text message, or you must generate it in the authenticator app on your mobile device.
