Getting started
We can help you to get started using the Sophos Central Self Service Portal.
- Use Email to review the messages you receive and manage any quarantined messages. See Email.
- Use Mobile to enroll your mobile device with Sophos Central. You can also remotely locate, lock or wipe your devices and reset your password without having to contact IT. See Mobile.
- Use Device Encryption to retrieve a recovery key to unlock your computer when you've forgotten your sign-in password. See Device Encryption.
- Use the Profile icon
to see your account details, change your password, configure multi-factor authentication (MFA), change to a different language, or sign out. See My profile.
- Use the Notifications icon
to see all your notifications in one place. See Notifications.
- Use the Help icon
to get help on the page you're looking at, search the Sophos knowledgebase, open a Support case, or use a feedback form to tell us what you liked or didn't like.
