Emergency Inbox

Follow these instructions to use your emergency inbox.

You can read your email messages from the last 14 days using your Emergency Inbox.

Note Your administrator must first switch on the Emergency Inbox feature for you in Sophos Central Admin.
  1. Click Emergency Inbox.
    This displays a list of the email messages you have received in the last 14 days. The sender, subject, time and date and size are shown for each email.
  2. Use Search to filter the displayed messages. You can filter by email content, sender or subject.
  3. Click on a message subject to view the email.
