Manage quarantined email

Quarantined email consists of messages that have been marked as spam.

You can review these messages and either release or delete them. Releasing messages delivers them.

To manage your messages, do as follows:

  1. Click Email.
    This opens the Email Security page and shows the number of quarantined messages you have.
  2. Click Quarantine.
    This displays a list of your quarantined email messages. The sender, recipient, subject, time and date are shown for each email.
  3. Click on a message subject to view the quarantined email message and choose whether you want to Release or Delete it.
    Note Quarantined messages are deleted after 14 days.
