Delete Sophos Email Security domains

If you don't want to use Sophos Email Security for a domain, you must delete the domain from Sophos Central.

Check for the domain in the following places:

  • M365 Mailflow Domain Settings/Status
  • Gateway Domain Settings/Status

To delete the domain, do as follows:

  1. Click the Global Settings icon Global Settings icon..
  2. Go to Products & Services > Email, and click M365 Mailflow Domain.
  3. Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.

    Note

    If the Mailflow connection is still active, disconnect it and delete the domain.

  4. Click the Global Settings icon Global Settings icon..

    1. Go to Products & Services > Email, and click Gateway Domain.
  5. Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.
