Delete Sophos Email Security domains
If you don't want to use Sophos Email Security for a domain, you must delete the domain from Sophos Central.
Check for the domain in the following places:
- M365 Mailflow Domain Settings/Status
- Gateway Domain Settings/Status
To delete the domain, do as follows:
- Click the General Settings icon
. - Under Email Domain Setup, click M365 Mailflow Domain Settings/Status.

Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.
Note
If the Mailflow connection is still active, disconnect it and delete the domain.

. - Under Email Domain Setup, click Gateway Domain Settings/Status.
- Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.
