Time-of-Click Block and Warn Pages

When EMS mode is turned on, you can't configure this setting.

This feature might not be available for all customers yet.

You can customize the Time-of-Click Block and Warn pages shown to users when they click risky or unverified URLs.

To manage these settings, click the Global Settings icon Global Settings icon.. Go to Products and Services > Email and click Time-of-Click Block and Warn Pages.

Turn on Configure block and warn pages to enable customization.

You can upload a custom logo for the block and warn pages.

The logo must meet the following requirements:

  • Image width: 100 px
  • Image height: 60 px
  • Accepted formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG
  • Maximum file size: 500 KB

Click Browse to upload a logo. A preview is shown after the upload.

Customize messages for risky URLs

You can customize the messages shown when users click a risky URL that's blocked or triggers a warning.

  • Custom Block Page: Message shown when a risky URL is blocked.

    The default message is: Sophos Time of Click protection reports that this web page may contain malicious content. It has been blocked for your protection.

  • Custom Warn Page: Message shown when a risky URL triggers a warning.

    The default message is: Sophos Time of Click protection reports that this page might contain malicious content.

Click Preview to see how each page appears to users.

Customize messages for unverified URLs

You can also customize the messages shown when users click an unverified URL that's blocked or triggers a warning.

  • Custom Block Page: Message shown when an unverified URL is blocked.

    The default message is: Sophos Time of Click protection reports that this web page is unverified. Your administrator has blocked it for your protection.

  • Custom Warn Page: Message shown when an unverified URL triggers a warning.

    The default message is: Sophos Time of Click protection reports that this web page is unverified. Your administrator warns you to proceed with caution.

Click Preview to see how each page appears to users.

Save your changes

After you finish uploading a logo and customizing the messages, click Save.
