Find out how we support MDR.

Provide your domain and IP details

You only need these settings if you integrate other products with Sophos Central. See About MDR and XDR integrations.

You can provide details of your internal domains and IPs on the My domains and IPs page.

The first time you try to integrate another product with Sophos Central, we prompt you to go to this page and enter your details.

We recommend that you do this for the following reasons:

  • We can identify which domains and IPs seen in threat detections are yours. This helps us group together and analyze alerts that might be related.

  • We can avoid looking up your internal domains and IPs on third-party threat data websites.

You only have to enter your details once.

You can add details when we prompt you, or add or edit details at any time as follows:

  1. Go to Threat Analysis Center > Integrations > Configured.
  2. On the Integrations tab, click My domains and IPs.

Add or delete internal IP ranges
