Email trial license

If you're new to Sophos Email, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial, which provides full access to all Sophos Email features. For more information on signing up for a free trial, see ​Free Trials.

Sophos Email is part of the standard Sophos Central trial license, so all trial requests automatically include Sophos Email.

What happens after the trial?

After the trial ends, Sophos may continue to provide email protection for up to 30 additional days through a short-term temporary license. This temporary access gives you time to purchase a license. Sophos reserves the right to charge a license fee for using the product during this period.

If you don't upgrade during this time, you'll lose email protection, and you must take steps to stop directing emails to Sophos.

To extend your trial or purchase a license, contact your Sophos Partner or our sales team. Trial extensions might be granted but are subject to change.

Trial license exceeded

If the quota for trial licenses is exceeded, your account is flagged for licensing at the end of the month. You'll then be contacted to reduce the number of users or pay for the additional licenses.
