Email trial license

If you're new to Sophos Email, you can sign up for a 30-day free trial, which provides full access to all Sophos Email features. For more information on signing up for a free trial, see ​Free Trials.

Sophos Email is part of the standard Sophos Central trial license, so all trial requests automatically include Sophos Email.

What happens after the trial?

After the trial ends, there’s a 30-day grace period where your email protection will continue without interruption. Once this period is over, you must either convert to a paid license or adjust your settings to stop directing emails to Sophos. If you don't take action, your email protection will be discontinued.

If you want to extend your trial, convert to a paid license, or purchase a full license, you must contact your Sophos Partner or our sales team. Trial licenses can be extended as needed. This policy might change in the future.

Trial license exceeded

If the quota for trial licenses is exceeded, your account is flagged for licensing at the end of the month. You'll then be contacted to reduce the number of users or pay for the additional licenses.
