Endpoint license expiration

This page tells you what happens when your Endpoint licenses expire. The outcome may vary depending on your license type and the license expiration date.

Trial

  • All licenses are removed.
  • Existing endpoints won't update.
  • New endpoints can't be protected.
  • Devices page is inaccessible.
  • Dashboard page isn't visible.
  • General Settings page isn't visible.
  • Products under My Products aren't visible.
  • There are limited options on the General Settings page.
  • You can't update any policies.

Full license

  • All licenses are visible but expired.
  • Existing endpoints won't update.
  • New endpoints can't be protected.
  • You can't update any policies.
  • Unlicensed products are uninstalled.

Revoked or terminated full license

  • All licenses are removed.
  • Existing endpoints won't update.
  • New endpoints can't be protected.
  • Devices page is inaccessible.
  • There are limited options on the General Settings page.
  • Products under My Products aren't visible.
  • Tamper Protection is still turned on.
