Claim an RMA firewall

You can claim firewalls that are currently in the RMA process. To do this, do as follows:

  1. In Sophos Central, click your Profile icon. Sophos Central account icon.
  2. Go to Licensing > Firewall licenses.
  3. Click Claim firewall.
  4. Enter your new firewall's serial number.

  5. Click Validate.

    Warnings appear, stating that your license will be transferred to your replacement firewall, and the old firewall will become unusable.

  6. Confirm the license transfer.

    Transfer firewall license as part of RMA process.

  7. Click Claim firewall.

  8. To check the firewall has been claimed, search for it, then click the arrow next to its name to see its details.
