Firewall licenses
You can activate and manage your firewall licenses from Sophos Central.
Click your Profile icon , click Licensing, and then click the Firewall licenses tab.
Note
If you have the base license, you'll have access to various self-help resources to assist you. However, to receive personalized support on the telephone, in the chat, or via a support case from the Sophos team, you'll need to upgrade to a higher-tier license. You'll receive support if you have a bundle or an Enhanced or Enhanced Plus support package. For more information, see Sophos Firewall OS (SFOS) licensing model.
Note
To activate your firewall licenses, claim your firewalls. You can then add subscriptions to them.
Warning
Security protection on Sophos Firewall requires a subscription. You can configure firewall settings, but they can't be enforced without a valid subscription.
