Phish Threat license calculation
The table below shows how monthly license usage is calculated based on when Phish Threat email campaigns are delivered. Users enrolled in the same campaign may receive emails at different times and on different dates.

To track your Phish Threat license usage, go to Reports > Email Security > License Usage Summary.
Note
The License Usage Summary report under Sophos Email includes license usage for both Sophos Email and Sophos Phish Threat. The report shows the combined unique usage and doesn't list Email Advanced and Phish Threat usage separately.
