Reset MFA

You must be a Super Admin to reset a user's MFA settings.

To reset a user's MFA settings, do as follows:

  1. Go to My Environment > Users & Groups.
  2. Under the Users tab, click the name of the user.
  3. Click Reset MFA, then click Reset.

    You'll see an indication at the bottom of the page if the MFA reset is successful.

The user will receive an automated email verification request from Sophos Central containing a security code. When they next sign in to Sophos Central, they must enter the security code. They must then set up MFA again.
