What happens if I remove the Sophos account directly from my authenticator app on my device?

If you remove the account from your device, the authentication method won't be removed from Sophos Central, however authentication won't work. You'll need to remove the authentication method from Sophos Central. See Manage authentication methods.

If you remove all of your authentication methods from your device, you can't sign in to Sophos Central. You must reset your authentication method to regain access to your Sophos Central account using one of the following methods:

  • If there's another Super Admin for the account, they can reset your authentication method.
  • If there's no other Super Admin available, you can contact Sophos Support.
