Delete Sophos Email Security domains

If you don't want to use Sophos Email Security for a domain, you must delete the domain from Sophos Central.

Check for the domain in the following places:

  • M365 Mailflow Domain Settings / Status
  • Domain Settings/Status

To delete the domain, do as follows:

  1. Go to My Products > General Settings > M365 Mailflow Domain Settings / Status.
  2. Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.

    Note

    If the Mailflow connection is still active, disconnect it and delete the domain.

  3. Go to My Products > General Settings > Domain Settings / Status.

  4. Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.
