Delete Sophos Email Security domains
If you don't want to use Sophos Email Security for a domain, you must delete the domain from Sophos Central.
Check for the domain in the following places:
- M365 Mailflow Domain Settings / Status
- Domain Settings/Status
To delete the domain, do as follows:
- Go to My Products > General Settings > M365 Mailflow Domain Settings / Status.

Look for the domain, and if it's there, delete it.
Note
If the Mailflow connection is still active, disconnect it and delete the domain.
