End User Quarantine

If you choose to send some categories of messages to End User Quarantine, users can view, release, or delete these messages themselves.

They can also add IP addresses and domains to their own Allow and Block lists. You must first turn this feature on for your users. See Manage settings for Sophos Central Self Service.

To manage their messages, they sign in to the Sophos Central Self Service Portal. See Manage quarantined email.

The types of quarantined emails that users can release from their End User Quarantine are as follows:

  • Authentication failure
  • Unscanned
  • Intelix Threat
  • Malicious URL
  • Confirmed Spam
  • Bulk
