Administration portal
The administration portal allows you to manage recipient credentials and generate detailed reports on message exchanges.
Note
You must apply for Administrator Access as a part of custom branding request.
Credentials
In Credential Management, you can manage the credentials of the recipients who use Push Encryption or Portal Encryption.
Document Encryption Passwords
In Document Encryption Passwords, you can search for recipients using Push Encryption and manage their accounts.
You can perform the following actions to manage encryption settings for recipients:
-
Disable User 2-Step Verification
You can turn off two-step verification for recipients who use it to add an extra layer of security to their accounts. This option might be needed if a recipient is transitioning to a new method or temporarily needs to bypass this security step.
-
Migrate Encryption Keys
If a recipient moves to a new mailbox or account, you can migrate their encryption keys to the new mailbox. This ensures that the recipient can continue receiving and sending encrypted messages seamlessly without setting up new keys.
-
Expire Encryption Keys
You can expire a recipient's encryption keys. Once the key expires, the recipient will be prompted to register a new password for future push-encrypted messages.
Web Portal
In Web Portal, you can search for recipients using Portal Encryption and manage their accounts.
You can perform the following actions to manage encryption settings for recipients:
-
Reset Password
If a recipient forgets their password or encounters issues logging in, you can reset their Portal Encryption account password. This ensures that the recipient can regain access to their encrypted messages securely.
-
Suspend Account
If a recipient no longer needs access to their Portal Encryption account, you can suspend their account temporarily. This option prevents the recipient from accessing encrypted messages without deleting their account.
-
Disable User 2-Step Verification
You can turn off two-step verification for recipients who use it to add an extra layer of security to their accounts. This option might be needed if a recipient is transitioning to a new method or temporarily needs to bypass this security step.
Reports
The administration portal allows you to generate various report types to monitor message exchanges.
Summary reports
You can generate a summary report of encryption messages exchanged within the selected time frame.
For example, in a report, you'll see a chart showing the number of messages flagged and other related email header values.
Policy reports
You can generate a policy report to monitor encryption messages.
For example, a report can show the messages set to expire within a specific time frame.
Message reports
You can generate a message report to view specific encryption message data.
For example, a report can show the messages sent to a specific recipient within the selected time frame.
