Upgrading the Outlook add-in

If you have the older version of the Outlook add-in, remove it, then add the current one.

You can find out which version you're using by looking at the add-in name and logo in your Microsoft 365 environment.

To do this, go to your Microsoft 365 admin center and click Settings > Integrated Apps.

The new version is called Report to Sophos and uses the following logo:

If you have the older version, first remove it as follows:

1. In Settings > Integrated Apps, click the Report Message add-in to open a flyout.
2. Click Remove App.
3. Click X to confirm your choice and close the flyout.

Then, install the current add-in. See Installing the Sophos Outlook add-in.
