DHCP relay

A DHCP relay is a host or router that forwards DHCP packets between client devices and servers.

Note

You can configure a maximum of five DHCP relays.

To configure a DHCP relay, do as follows:

  1. Sign in to Sophos Central.
  2. Go to My products > Switches > Switches.
  3. Select the switch or site you want to configure DHCP relays on.
  4. Go to L3 protocols.
  5. Set the relay status to On.
  6. Enter the IP address of your DHCP relay.
  7. Click Save.
