See the most important information about your wireless environment at a glance.

Go to My Products > Wireless to see the security status, threats, and alerts for your devices.

Network Security

Click the circles in the legend to include or exclude information from a graph.

You can see information on your access points.

Access Points

  • Good: The access point is up and working.
  • Issues: The access point is up but has some problems.
  • Critical: The access point has a problem that needs action.
  • Offline: The access point is offline.
  • Unconfigured: The access point is up but has no configuration.

Threats

You can review threats.

  • Trusted: Network that belongs to your account.
  • Untrusted: Network that doesn't belong to your account.
  • Rogue: Untrusted network that is connected to your secured wired access point network.
  • SSID Impersonate: Network that spoofs the network name of your access point.
  • BSSID Impersonate: Network that spoofs the hardware address of your access point.
  • Evil Twin: Network that spoofs the network name and the hardware address of your access point.
  • Advanced Impersonate: Network that spoofs your access point's network name and unique protection code.
  • Adhoc: A peer-to-peer network.

Security Heartbeat

You can see the security status of your devices using Security Heartbeat.

  • Client at risk: Active malware detected.
  • Client might be at risk: Potentially unwanted application (PUA) or inactive malware detected.
  • Client is protected: No malware detected.
  • Missing Security Heartbeat™: The device is connected but isn't sending a heartbeat.
  • No Security Heartbeat™: Sophos Endpoint or Sophos Mobile Control isn't installed.

Alerts

  • All: Shows all alerts.
  • Errors: Shows error and audit messages from the access points.
  • Warnings: Shows access points that are offline or not broadcasting.
  • Info: Shows updates or information.

Devices

You can see the number of devices connected to your access points over the past day or week. You can also see the number of devices with poor signal quality. A dark blue line represents devices connected to AP and APX series access points. A light blue line represents devices connected to AP6 series access points.

Usage Insight

You can see the traffic generated by the wireless devices connected to AP and APX series access points.
