Wipe device
The new Sophos Mobile pages in Sophos Central might not be available for all customers yet.
You can remotely wipe a device managed by Sophos Mobile. When you wipe a device, it's reset to its factory settings.
When you use the Wipe action with an Android Enterprise device in work profile management mode, it only removes the work profile.

- Apple User Enrollment devices
- Macs you've locked remotely
To turn on Factory Reset Protection when wiping an Android Enterprise device in full device management mode, you must use the Wipe action on the device's Show device page in Sophos Mobile. See Wipe device.
