Edit administrators

You can edit the details for an administrator if you're an Enterprise Super Admin.

You can't make changes for administrators who are signed in.

To edit an administrator, do as follows:

  1. Click the Settings & Policies icon Settings & Policies icon..
  2. Under Enterprise account settings, click Administrators.
  3. Click the administrator’s name.
  4. Click Edit.

    Note

    The Edit button is disabled if the administrator is currently logged in to the Enterprise Dashboard. The administrator must log out. After the administrator logs out, you must refresh the page to enable the Edit button.

  5. Edit the details for the administrator, for example change their email address, role, or sub-estate access.

    You can give the administrator the ability to select some sub-estates or all sub-estates. If you allow them access to all sub-estates this includes all existing and future sub-estates.

  6. Click Save.
