Die Synchronisierung kopiert die folgenden Daten von Sophos Central Partner zu Autotask:
- Kundenname
- Sophos-Central-Partner-Lizenzbezeichnungen
- Nutzung
Hinweis
Wenn Sie die Lizenzen ändern, die einem Kunden in Sophos Central Partner zugewiesen sind, müssen Sie die entsprechenden Änderungen am Kundenvertrag manuell in Autotask vornehmen. Sophos Central Partner aktualisiert Autotask nicht für Sie.
Sie synchronisieren mit Verträgen in Autotask. Ihr Sophos Central-Konto ist mit einem Vertrag in Autotask verknüpft.
Was in Sophos Central Partner passiert
Die Synchronisierung erfolgt alle 24 Stunden oder jeden Monat, je nach ausgewähltem Zeitplan. Siehe Häufigkeit der Nutzungssynchronisierung festlegen.
Die Synchronisierung aktualisiert Autotask-Verträge in Sophos Central Partner, wenn Sie diese manuell in Autotask geändert haben.
