Was bei der ersten Synchronisierung passiert
Im Verlauf der erstens Synchronisierung sehen Sie Änderungen in ConnectWise PSA und in Sophos Central.
Wenn die Nutzungssynchronisierung eingeschaltet ist, macht diese in ConnectWise Folgendes:
- Erstellung eines Produktkatalogs in ConnectWise für jedes Sophos-Central-Produkt.
- Synchronisierung der Company- und Agreement-Informationen aus ConnectWise mit Sophos.
- Erstellung einer Agreement Addition und Anhängen dieses Agreements an jeden Product Catalog.
Die oben genannten Aktionen finden nur für die Produkte statt, die Sie in PSA erstellen möchten. Wenn keine Produkte für die Zuordnung und Synchronisierung ausgewählt werden, erstellt Sophos keine Produkte automatisch in PSA.

Geben Sie in ConnectWise die Zahlungsinformationen für Ihre Kunden ein, damit die Produktnutzung in Rechnung gestellt werden kann. Siehe ConnectWise-Dokumentation.
Hinweis
Durch Ändern des Felds „Kundenbeschreibung“ im Katalog wird die Synchronisierung der Verwendung nicht gestoppt.

Was in Sophos Central Partner angezeigt wird
Für Kunden, die synchronisiert sind, werden auf der Seite nun der Synchronisierungsstatus, ihre ConnectWise-Kunden-ID und der Agreement-Typ angezeigt.
Wir zeigen auch Synchronisierungsfehler an. In den Fehlerdetails sind auch Lösungshinweise aufgeführt.
