Synchronize with Autotask

You can immediately synchronize your customers.

By default, synchronization happens once every 24 hours. If you want to perform a synchronization immediately, go to the PSA Integration page in Sophos Central Partner and click Sync Now.

Note

This doesn't synchronize contacts.

When the synchronization is successful, a confirmation message displays briefly.
