Integration setup

Before you can synchronize customer data between Sophos Central Partner and Autotask, you need to perform initial setup tasks.

• In Autotask, create an API User account and perform other setup tasks. See Set up Autotask.
• In Sophos Central Partner, enter the API User account details. See Set up Sophos Central Partner.
• In Sophos Central Partner, map Sophos Central Partner customers to Autotask customers and contracts. See Map Sophos Central Partner customers to Autotask contracts.
