Synchronize Sophos Central Partner customers with ConnectWise

Follow these instructions to synchronize customers.

By default, product usage data synchronization happens once every 24 hours. If you want to synchronize, do as follows:

  1. Go to Configure > Settings & policies.
  2. Under APIs & Integrations, click PSA Integration.
  3. On the PSA Integration page, click Manage Settings.

  4. In Usage sync, click Sync Now.

    Sync Now button.

    When the synchronization has finished, a confirmation message is shown briefly.
