MDR report history

You can access and download weekly and monthly customer or partner reports on MDR activity.

Note

We keep all your report data without any time limit.

To see the available reports, go to My Products > MDR > Report history.

Partner reports

Only primary MDR-authorized contacts receive email notifications for weekly and monthly reports.

You can use the following filters to manage the details shown on the Partner Reports page:

  • Report type: Filter by weekly or monthly reports.
  • Date range: Filter by the oldest or latest reports.

Download report

To export a PDF copy of a report, under Download report, click Download PDF.

Customer reports

All MDR-authorized contacts receive email notifications for weekly and monthly reports unless you select Opt out of MDR reports delivery. For more information, see MDR settings.

You can use the following filters to manage the details shown on the Customer Reports page:

  • Customer name: Enter a specific customer name.
  • Report type: Filter by weekly or monthly reports.
  • Created on: Filter the reports by specific dates.

Download report

To export a PDF copy of a report, under Download report, click Download PDF.
