Managed Detection and Response (Sophos MDR) is a fully-managed, 24/7 threat hunting, detection, and remediation service.

Managing MDR

In the MDR section in Sophos Central Partner, you can do as follows:

  • Enter or edit your MDR settings (authorized contacts and level of service). These apply to all your managed customers.
  • Monitor MDR threat detections and investigations on customers' devices.
  • See MDR activity reports generated for your customers.

MDR not set up yet?

If you haven't set up Sophos MDR yet, do as follows:

  • Enter your contacts and level of service. See MDR settings.
  • Install the MDR agent. The agent is included with Sophos Endpoint Protection. See Installers.
